Finnish Padel Federation is looking for national team coaches

The year 2021 was the most successful year for the Finnish national teams in the domestic history of the sport, and good results were achieved in each national groups and at every international padel tournaments. During the past year, the Finnish national teams participated in the European Championships organized by both international federations (FIP & FEPA), which were exceptionally held during the same year due to the covid-19 situation. In addition, the senior national team participated in the FEPA’s European Veterans Padel Championships. Finnish national teams succeeded well in every tournament and reached to among the international top countries of padel. The best achievements of the national teams were definitely the fourth place in the men’s team competition in the FEPA European Championship at Bilbao and the fourth place taken by both, men’s and women’s senior teams in Veteran Championships, which was held at Vilamoura, Portugal

Job as a coach of Finnish national teams

•  planning and implementation of the national team’s operating model, selection of players, communication with clubs and players, informing players etc. (10-20h/month)
• coaching in national team camps (3-5/year) and
• coaching in tournaments of international competitions (1-2/year).
